For our mock interview packages, if orders are cancelled within 7 days of the booking slot we will be able to offer a refund of the original cost minus a £5 admin fee. Following this time period, we unfortunately will not be able to provide any refunds and the service you have selected and paid for will go ahead as planned.

If there are any issues or the incorrect service has been selected and you would like to change to a different one, please contact us via email and we will endeavour to re-organise your order to what best suits you.

Please note as stated in our Store section - the Portfolio Masterclass when selected without the full interview package is done virtually with formal feedback, further aspects on how to improve your score and portfolio aspects to consider in your interview provided by email.

The STAR Radiology Team comprises of Radiology Registrars currently in training. The team will dedicate their expertise and knowledge to best prepare you for your real interview, however we cannot definitively guarantee a ST1 training number. We must also advise you the SRI team will follow adherence to the ST1 Radiology interview Non-Disclosure Agreement.
